A Little Spot With a Big Heart

Pupusas Lidia sits on Telephone Road in southeast Houston, the kind of place where the food does the talking. Every pupusa is pressed by hand, stuffed generously, and cooked on the comal until the outside is golden and the inside is exactly right.
